Steve founded Singapore-based Steve Morris Associates in 1998 after a two-decade career as a management consultant. The company provides leadership development coaching and training to the most preeminent of global companies. Having devoted more than half his career to nurturing leadership in Asia, he is a pioneer of the leadership coaching and training field in Asia and has developed his own theories and models of effective leadership in Asia.

In the 1990s before founding his own company, Steve served as Asia Regional Director, International Partner, and Managing Director (Singapore) of Hay Management Consultants, a globally recognised human resources consulting firm. Prior to relocating to Asia, Steve conducted economic studies and public policy research for several Washington DC based think tanks.

CEOs refer to Steve as their personal friend and coach. He is regarded as "Asia's leadership guru" and his views are consistently sought by radio and television stations, magazines and newspapers. He is also a regular speaker at industry and business conferences including BusinessWeek Forums and Economist Industry and Government Roundtables.

Steve is also the author of several acclaimed personal leadership development books including Glorious Leadership!, Glorious Living!, Sowing the Seeds of Glorious Living! and The Boy who Climbed the Mountain.

Steve holds a MA Economics degree (1982) and BA International Relations degree (1980) both from George Mason University in Virginia, USA. He also holds a PhD, Integral Health, from the California Institute for Human Sciences.


Bill has more than 20 years' experience working with high-profile multinational and government organizations. He has been based in Southeast Asia for nine years and his practice areas include: Executive Coaching, Business Performance Coaching, 360-degree feedback programs, Consultation and Workshops on Strategic Planning and Change Leadership, Team improvement through workshops that develop "Active" Followers and Innovative Thinkers.

Bill's coaching experience has seen him working with leaders from both the public and private sectors namely: The National Library Board, the Housing Development Board, the Ministry of Health, Public Utilities Board and the Singapore Police Force, to name a few.

He also coaches Asian based executives in the multinational sector to assist them in areas of leadership, relationship development, cultural integration, and teambuilding techniques. Some of his clients are BASF, Infineum Corp., Estee Lauder, McGraw Hill, Novartis, Chevron Oronite and Accenture Consulting.


John is a highly experienced coach and business leader, with an extensive track record in strategy, business development and building and reorganizing businesses.
