CONSULTANT / SENIOR CONSULTANT
Key Responsibilities

•	Manage large and complex projects on rewards and performance measurement/management systems
•	Design and implement innovative strategies and solutions to meet clients business objectives
•	Lead project teams and contribute to the development of staff and our suite of services

Candidate Requirements

•	A degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or Actuarial / Statistics
•	Strong understanding of performance-based compensation plan design and modelling
•	Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
•	Desire to undertake both quantitative and qualitative work
•	Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
•	Ability to contribute in a high-performance environment
•	Minimum of two years relevant work experience (Candidates with strong compensation experience may be considered for Senior Consultant roles)

We also invite dynamic individuals who seek to establish a career in human resource
consulting to join us as Senior Analyst / Analyst.

As a Senior Analyst / Analyst, you will manage data collection, field research and undertake statistical modelling on a range of consulting projects. You will research best practice and suggest effective approaches to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions to a vast client base. As a key project member, you will provide comprehensive support to senior consultants. To be successful, you must have a keen interest in compensation and benefits, and performance measurement and management. Outstanding numerical and analytical abilities will be advantageous. Candidates with one to two years' working experience, or graduates who are energetic and have a thirst for knowledge are welcome to apply.
