CFFS Year-end Reward & Performance Trends Study

The emerging markets are consolidating and strengthening, amidst the mixed market sentiments and regulatory movements. How would these macro factors impact the market compensation trends and your planning for salary review and bonus payout strategy?

CFFS cordially invites you to participate in our Year-end Reward & Performance Trends Study.  The Study would help you better position your compensation strategy for the year-end review.Through inputs collected across various sectors of the financial industry together with our consultants’ in-depth market understanding, we would be able to derive relevant insights and articulate the forward-thinking outlook on the business performance and compensation for the industry.

Key Study Areas

  • Business Performance
  • Salary Projections
  • Bonus Movements
  • Headcount Changes & Staffing Trends
  • Regulatory Impact

By completing our simple questionnaire, we will provide you a complimentary market trend report.  This report is essential for senior management, HR practitioners and other relevant decision makers who need access to timely reward and performance trends to make important pay decisions for the firm.

CFFS’ Year-end Reward & Performance Trends Sharing

In addition, we would like to invite you to join our year-end reward and performance trends sharing.  More holistic findings from the Year-end Reward & Performance Trends Study will be presented and discussed.  We will also share with you our independent and niche views specifically for the Asia Pacific region. We trust the insights would assist you in strengthening the linkage between pay and performance.

We believe that end of November/early December is the more desirable timeline for such kind of trend discussion after firms have a better sense of their anticipated full year performance, which can then be translated into more concrete compensation recommendations for the year-end process.
